The Buffalo Catering company handled my Bridal Shower at the Botanical Gardens and it was absolutely fabulous! The food was delicious, the team manager, Heidi, and the girls were soooo friendly, attentive, helpful and fun - the whole presentation and flow of everything was just perfect! I didn’t want the day to end!!! I thank you so much for a wonderful experience! 🙏🏻🩷💍💐

We used Buffalo Catering for a family gathering and were impressed by the efficiency and the ease of dealing with Rachel, who handled the order. *The food was delicious. We had roast beef, sausage and fontinella stuffed mushrooms, chicken cutlets, and baked rigatoni. *They provided the utensils, plates, and napkins. *The driver was prompt, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend them.

We worked with The Buffalo Catering Company on a corporate event. Their team was professional, responsive and kind. Every email I sent was answered promptly. The food arrived right on time and was delicious and plentiful. I very highly recommend them, and will most definitely be calling on them again in the future.

We used The Buffalo Catering Company as Hohl's caterer @ The Corporate Challenge in Delaware Park and were very pleased with the experience. The food was delicious, the service was professional, and the delivery was prompt despite the challenges of the event location. Everything arrived as expected and helped make our event run smoothly. We received great feedback from our team and guests, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others. We look forward to using them again for future corporate events.

I hired the Buffalo Catering Company (BCC for this review) to provide food and drink at my mother's 95th birthday party, 75 guests, in the botanical gardens. The party was held on Sunday, April 26, from 2:30-5:30. I worked with Rachel at BCC to develop a menu that included cold plates arranged on a table and a wide variety of appetizers and sliders, placed buffet style in the room adjacent to the room with guest tables. The food came out in 3 stages, closely spaced. I also had a beer & wine bar and coffee station. People were coming up to me to compliment me and BCC on the quality of the food. I have no idea how they did it, but the food did not suffer any of the typical woes of a buffet. Everything looked and tasted fresh. The quality of the food was terrific. The service was friendly, efficient and effective at making sure that food was replenished as needed. They adjusted as needed to some party hiccups (no one wanted to force the birthday girl to cut the cake - until I did!) with professionalism and patience. I would not hesitate to hire them to cater any event I was holding.
